STAY INVOLVED
Resources for Digital Needs
As the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program to help low-income households pay for internet service and connected devices, runs out funds, AUTMHQ wanted to share additional resources available to those in need. If you know individuals or families who could benefit from these resources, please pass them along.
Broadband on the Ballot Early voting for the November Election has begun, and AUTMHQ wants to make sure you are educated on Prop 8 as you head to the polls. This constitutional amendment would create the Broadband Infrastructure Fund in the Texas Constitution.
STEMM Opportunity Alliance - Provide Input Last year, the White House held a summit announcing the launch of the STEMM Opportunity Alliance (SOA), the initiative to ensure STEMM equity by 2050. SOA has been working hard this year to craft a national strategy framework to guide all members of the #STEMM community, from private and public sectors and across industries, toward a more equitable and inclusive future. Now they are looking for public input on the national strategy framework to close the opportunity gap in our STEMM ecosystem. Help them create a stronger and more equitable #STEMM ecosystem by providing written or verbal input using the link below.
Regional Advisory Committee Public Comment on Education The U.S. Department of Education is collecting info on the education needs of our country. Below is an opportunity for you to share the importance of incorporating STEM into our education system.
