With gentrification on the rise and a skills gap in technology widening, ReThink Austin "re-thinks" the city's trajectory, preventing a further divide between the educated and uneducated, the experienced and inexperienced, and the haves and have-nots.

The spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in 2020 exacerbated inequities across Central Texas, emphasizing the importance of an equitable solution.
The Solution
Create a fluent community of diverse individuals working to overcome societal barriers.

Connect organizations from various industries in order to share expertise, initiatives, and resources that promote entrepreneurship, technology, DEI, and community impact.

Create a knowledge-sharing environment by hosting impactful panel discussions, fireside chats, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities.

Creating a fluent community of diverse individuals across the realms of entrepreneurship, technology, DEI, and community impact to break down societal barriers.
This event also contributes to AUTMHQ's awareness-to-employment pipeline, which aims to increase diversity in technology while also creating an ecosystem to close the wealth gap.
